Robert T.Naumes, Jr.
Robert T. Naumes, Jr. has specialized in representing people harmed from defective medical devices, pharmaceutical drugs, and asbestos since being admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2005. He manages the firm’s mass tort pharmaceutical and medical device litigation department. He is presently pursuing cases for people injured by Xarelto™, IVC Filters, and transvaginal mesh.
Most recently, attorney Naumes has been active in representing women who have been harmed by transvaginal mesh (TVM). He has successfully represented hundreds of women against a variety of mesh manufacturers in the Southern District of West Virginia and in Massachusetts.
Mr. Naumes also represents individuals who have been injured as a result of Metal on Metal (MoM) Hip Replacements. He has successfully represented individuals injured by Stryker™ Rejuvenate, Depuy™ ASR and Pinnacle™, and Wright Medical Conserve™ hip placements. He has filed cases in Ohio, Georgia, Texas, and Minnesota, and has been admitted to practice in every major hip replacement MDL.
Mr. Naumes also represents people injured at work before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents. Often this involves the victims of asbestos exposure and their spouses. Mr. Naumes has successfully pursued hundreds of death benefit cases for people diagnosed with mesothelioma at the D.I.A and continues to represent these people at all stages of proceedings.
Mr. Naumes resides in Milton, MA with his wife and two children. He enjoys coaching youth hockey and skiing.
