Andrew J.Brodie

For over ten years I have represented people who have been injured in car collisions, injured by a defective product or hurt by a roadway defect. I represent bicyclists, drivers and others who have been injured by the negligence of others.

I am always ready to help when the road takes an unexpected turn.

Before graduating from Suffolk Law School in 2004, I graduated cum laude from UMass in 2001. I fell in love with bicycling as a child and worked at a bike shop on Cape Cod before going to law school. For more than ten years, I have been representing people injured before state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts.

I am a proud member of both the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Association of Justice, organizations dedicated to protecting access to the Courts. I am also a member of Mass Bike, Livable Streets and the Boston Bicyclists’ Union, groups working to make streets safer for people, whether they are bicycling, walking or driving.

In addition to being representing people injured by the negligence of others, I continue to bicycle, both on and off road, with my sons, 12-year-old Andrew and 5-year-old Campbell.
If you have been hurt while bicycling, walking or driving, call me so that I can go to work for you, to get the justice you deserve.
